We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and student-centric Subject Teachers to support the academic delivery of our School Supporting Programme at Inspiro International Learning Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation, sound teaching experience, and a clear understanding of structured school-standard education.
This role involves planning, delivering, and monitoring classroom-based instruction aligned with formal school syllabi. Teachers are expected to create a supportive learning environment, track student progress, and work closely with parents and academic coordinators to ensure continuity, confidence, and academic growth for every learner.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant academic domain. A recognized teaching qualification or certification is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience, preferably within a structured school, learning centre, or academic support environment.
Teaching & Technical Skills:
Ability to plan and deliver lessons aligned with formal school syllabi. Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and maintaining academic records. Basic proficiency in MS Office tools is required.
Academic Knowledge:
Strong understanding of school-level curriculum frameworks, academic standards, assessment methodologies, and student evaluation practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage classrooms effectively, engage students actively, and adapt teaching strategies based on learner needs.
